I was surprisingly pleased by Justice League Unlimited — so pleased that I read all 4 issues in one go.

Mark Waid is fleshing out every single page with amazing interactions between each superhero and plot lines that keep you on the edge of your seat. It seems there’s an unlimited number of superheroes who are part of this JLA, and as long as the writing stays this strong, I’m here for the long haul.

And Dan Mora’s art? A feast for the eyes. I’m loving every detail he draws. I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen his art, and I’m thoroughly impressed.

I can’t wait to find out who the villains are working behind the scenes — and who else will be featured in this new unlimited version of the Justice League.
